Did you know the vine is a type of liana? Traditionally, we trim it in summer to slow down the growth. Since 2015, the team tries an alternative technic: the braiding. Braiding - or tying - the young branches improves the vines' natural stamina, by respecting the plant physiology. To do so, we have selected one of our favorite flinty plots in order to get an even more expressive wine.
Since the first crop, we noticed the grapes were ripe enough to create a medium-dry Vouvray, well-rounded, fruity and fresh: Sur Un Fil.
