Notre Méthode - Demi-sec
The maturity of the harvested grapes, the small quantity of sugar added to make it off-dry and a 24 months aging provide really tiny and meltingly soft bubbles for this wine with strong floral notes. Also available in Brut (dry) and Brut Tendre (medium dry)
